Protecting your private information is our priority.  This Statement of Privacy applies to the RetinaCare Consultants website only at www.retinacareny.com and governs data collection and usage.  For the purposes of this Website Privacy Statement, unless otherwise noted, all references to RetinaCare Consultants include www.retinacareny.com and RetinaCare.  The RetinaCare website is an informational website only.  By using the RetinaCare website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

 

Any questions directly relating to your health care or potential health care with RetinaCare Consultants must be handled by calling our office at (518) 218-1234 or by visiting the Patient Portal provided under Patient Resources or in the information presented to you at your initial office visit.  

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

An individual is able to access and browse the RetinaCare Consultants website at any time  without providing any personal information. We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as email, phone number, name, etc.) through the RetinaCare Consultants website.

THIRD PARTY

RetinaCare does not sell, rent, or lease any personally identifiable information to third parties.

In the event you access any website requiring you to create a user name and password, you are solely responsible for protecting your user name and password and keeping them confidential.

 

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Web server.  This information can include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the RetinaCare website.  Personally identifiable information is not collected from these sources.
