The RetinaCare Experience - Insurance & Billing

RetinaCare Consultants participates with most healthcare insurance carriers. If you have any questions regarding our participation with your medical insurance, please contact our Billing Department.  If your insurance company requires that services be authorized prior to your first visit, please note that you are responsible for obtaining the referral authorization from the appropriate source. This is most often your primary care physician.

 

RetinaCare will bill your insurance carriers directly. You will only be billed the portion of your charges that your insurance does not pay. If your insurance company pays you directly, please contact our business office and/or send the endorsed check to us so that we can apply it to your outstanding balance.

 

We are pleased to offer you the convenience of paying your account balance by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Payment is due at the time that services are rendered, unless previous arrangements have been made.  If you have any questions or concerns about your bill, please contact our Business Office at (518) 218-1234.
